You will feel right at home in this beautiful and bright end unit townhome. This unit is one of the best in the complex – it backs on to a huge greenspace with walking paths and a playground closeby. The home has been lovingly maintained and has a fresh coat of neutral paint. An open main floor greets you with a spacious u-shaped kitchen, perfect dining area and a living room with a cozy gas fireplace. This level also comes with a convenient half bathroom. All of the large windows in this living space let the light in and make the home feel so happy. The sliding doors lead to a private backyard area with a patio – think summer BBQ’s with friends while the kids run and play in the field. This is a wonderful set up. Heading upstairs, is a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, a 4 piece main bathroom and two other nice sized bedrooms. This is a very comfortable layout that is so easy to live in. The home has a full basement that could be easily developed for anything your family needs – office space, rec room. It is really nice to have this extra space as many townhomes do not offer this. The attached garage is so handy and offers extra storage. The location of this home is phenomenal. It is close to six schools, a couple of blocks from the Panatella ponds with walking paths and down the street from shopping. With the new interchange on Stoney Trail, within minutes you can get on eastbound or westbound Stoney Trail. There are lots of amenities nearby as well – the movie theatre, Vivo recreation centre, Panorama Community Centre. This is a very well-run complex with low condo fees. You will love living here.
